The collection & disbursement of all funds, including but not limited to sales tax, buyers fees & payments to sellers are the sole responsibility of “TODD FITZNER AUCTIONEER INC.”. 6.875% MN Sales Tax –(On Non Titled Items) Unless you have a MN sales tax or Agricultural exempt form (ST3) on file with us.

ANY TRANSACTIONS OVER $9,000.00 MUST BE PAID FOR WITH BANK WIRE OR CASHIERS CHECK ONLY.

All Checks and Money Orders will be verified by the Financial Institution they were drawn on.
NO Items will be released until entire invoice is paid in full.
